Yes! We now have a live online store for you to purchase all your favourite Animal House products and have them delivered right to your door! Just click on Online Shop, add the items to the cart and make payment through Paypal which is fully secure for all your online payments. Please note that any frozen dog food or cat food can only be purchased for Store Pickup and cannot be sent via our couriers.

Can I buy products from your website?

Can I buy products online and pick them up in store?

Yes! We understand that people have busy lives and are not always at home to receive deliveries. Once you have chosen your items and have proceeded to the checkout, you can select pick up from shop. This option means that no postage needs to be paid and you will receive an email stating when your products are ready to collect from our store, 8 South Street, Bridport.

I cannot find the product I require online. Can you still deliver it?

We currently stock thousands of items in our shop in Bridport and we are adding items to our website constantly. If there is something you require that you know we stock then please call us on 01308 424349 and we will be happy to make arrangements to get the products you require to you.

How much is delivery? How Long does it take? Who do you use?

We have tried at Animal House to choose couriers that are reliable, secure and charge a fair price. Our postage rates are charged by the weight of the delivery.

Delivery up to 20kg - £5.99 (1-2 Business Days) - DPD

I have bought an item that is faulty or not as described. What are my rights?

When you buy goods from us, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are either faulty or not as described. Please click on the link - CONTACT US and we will arrange to rectify the situation.

I no longer want an item I have purchased. What are my rights?

In Store

In addition to your legal rights, we allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. All goods must be returned in an original state (including the packaging) to us with the original valid till receipt within 14 days for either an exchange or a credit note.

Online

You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You need to notify us of your wish to cancel your order within this time period via the CONTACT US page. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods to 8 South Street, Bridport, Dorset DT6 3NQ.

You are required to return the unwanted goods in an original state and you must cover the cost for returning the unwanted goods which cannot be refunded. We recommend when returning goods that you get a proof of postage which is sufficient evidence to prove that you've returned the goods should they go missing in the postal system. Once we have received the unwanted goods we will process a full refund including the delivery cost of getting the goods to you in the first place. If you opted for enhanced service eg guaranteed next day, we will only refund the basic cost.
